Paula Henderson
Acting Director of Boarding
Paula Henderson has become a cherished part of our community. She has quickly earned the love of our Boarding students, who look to her with genuine warmth and trust, and she is deeply valued by all staff for her kindness, calm presence and wholehearted commitment to our girls.
Paula brings extensive experience in Catholic education, pastoral care and residential life, having served in both teaching and senior leadership roles across Queensland. Guided by our Mercy values, she is devoted to creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing home-away-from-home where every Boarding student feels known, supported and empowered to thrive.
