Communication with the College

The following is a list of communication channels that we ask parents/guardians to use, according to your needs:

Daily Absence/Short Term Absence for Medical Reasons

Late Arrivals/Early Departures

If it is a known late arrival or early departure for an appointment, parent/guardians are to write a note in their daughter's diary. In the interests of safety and wellbeing, we do require an authorised adult to come into College Reception to officially sign students in and out for appointments.

Student Health Centre

The Student Health Centre is located on the ground floor of the Boarding House and can be contacted directly on (07) 4753 0309.

Special Permission for Extended Absence for Non-medical Reasons

All requests with explanations must be submitted in writing to the Principal at:

Pastoral Care/Student Welfare/Behavioural Issues - in order of priority:

Pastoral Care Teacher
Head of House/Head of Year
Director of Students - who will refer to the Deputy Principal, Principal or College Psychologist as necessary
